Absolute pleasure to stay at the Segara Village hotel! All the staff were very helpful and made our stay extremely enjoyable and would recommend your hotel to anybody travelling to Bali. Since our return i have mentioned it with great confidence to a number of my friends and personally guaranteed them of a pleasurable stay!!! Overall it was a fantastic hotel and such a beautiful part of bali to experience! Breakfast choice was limited and could have been a little better

I was disappointed when I stay at Segara village as the electricity was down, and we (My husband and me) had to stay at that room with no Air conditioner. At the first time, when we just arrived the hotel manager inform us that the electricity was down and we need to move to their other hotel (a villa next to segara village). However, we get dinner for 2 person as compesation. Its ok for us. But when night coming, we the electricity at the villa also in troble and we had to slept with out Air conditioner. That was very disappointed. We cannot slept well, more of that we had no any compesation for this.How can we pay for 4 stars hotels (with Air conditioner) but we only got no star hotel fasility???? Hopefully, no one will get same bad experience in this 4 stars hotel in the future

We had a very nice time. Sadly, we became ill for 5 days with gastro problems but the hotel sent a very nice doctor to our room. The Segara Village feels spacious – it is set in beautiful grounds with 3 swimming pools and lovely gardens. We found it a great place to relax and enjoy Bali. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The hotel has a wide variety of accommodations and has almost completed major renovations.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and recreation yet private and serine if need be. Only reason facilities is rated lower is do to one of the pool areas being under construction. We would definitely go back.

I would think that when the refurbishments are complete the place would be much better,at the moment it's ok,staff friendly but not very customer attentive!

Itb is a very nice hotel, it will be even better when fenovation is completed, very nice family atmosfere, escellent pools ( there are 3), VERY NICE GARDEN. If we went to Sanur gain we would definitly sstay there again.

Lovely setting and gardens in a nice area of Senur. It is out a bit from the main "strip" so a bit more quiet. There is a beach, with long waist deep water, but the pool is really nice. They are in the process of renovating many of the cabins and it looks like they will be beautiful. We stayed in one of the larger cabins, but I think the smaller would have been plenty big enough for us. People/staff were helpful. Breakfast is served underneath a beautiful big Banyon tree.

Did not reply to room service request, initial welcome was reasonable, staff were usually friendly, room had a very unusual bathroom with a broken door, was a very uncomfortable bed.

Fantastic place. Beautiful garden. Perfect for children. A small paradise on earth.

Rooms were riddled with mosquitos. It was exceptionally difficult to contact anyone to assist you. The food was terrible. But it was decently priced compared to all others in the area.

smell of cigartettes on bed linen had to use hotel office for internet Service OK but slow Location right on beah - nice and safe, - excellent grounds old rooms were OK value for money, renovated rooms need better finish (look the part but on closer inspection workmanship is sloppy) at full price these rooms would have a lot of better competition and would be overpriced - need a turndown service, chocolate and why dont they use more flowers as there is an abundant supply on site?

Segara Village Hotel proved to be an excellent choise. It exceeded all our expectations! We have just returned from travelling through Singapore, Bali, Australia and California and The Segara village Hotel was certainly the most memorable for all the right reasons. The staff, from the security guards up to the owner - were always helpful, always smiling and always friendly. This was five star accommodation at a truly reasonable price. We cannot wait to return!
