This was our second stay at Puri Dalem. We like it's relaxed atmosphere and exellent service. Access to the beach and shops is just a few minutes walk. Since we like going to ubud, the bus stop to ubud is just across the road from the hotel. We find it a pleasent hotel and very good value.

it would be great if the menu from the restaurant can vary more, have some specials of the day maybe or add some traditional dishes like bubur ayam, bakso, mie ayam etc.
also im not very happy with the breakfast being rice and dishes that is suppose to be for lunch. breakfast menu are supposed to be cereal, fried rice, fried eggs, bubur ayam, mie goreng etc.
other than that im very happy with everything elses.

Very friendly and relaxing.Disappointed with hot buffet Indonesian style breakfasts.Our fault as we assumed hot breakfast meanta Western choice.Our only alternative was a continental breakfast or pay(twice) for an egg on toast. Very annoyed!

I enjoyed my brief stay at the Hotel. The hotel layout was good, the pools are excellent and the ground staff and cleaners also do an excellent job.

Very nice swimming pool. A bit noisy for the location on a traffic road. Not on the beach (5 minute walk) but you can enjoy for free the sister hotel structures (swimming pool and sun bed) on the beach.

Our stay at Puri Dalem was very nice. the hotel was beautiful. but i was unable to make calls to my country using the phone in the room. as a result i had to daily visit an internet cafe in order to make calls. staff were very helpful eventhough they couldn't communicate with us freely in english. they were extremely helpful and nice. i could recommend it to anybody. lovely hotel. lovely people

well… the room is ok and nice. I reserved for 3 rooms. But one room, I’m not comfortable with the light which is not that bright and the wood door. For me, it sounds a little bit creepy. J The two others are ok. Overall it’s good compare to the price. The service is ok, except for the breakfast. They don’t have international food served, even bread and eggs. We have to make a special order for that. The hotel staffs are quiet friendly.

This was our first hotel in Bali. A lovely place to stay. The room was spacious and clean. Service and staff excellent. A lovely swimming pool and gardens usually all to ourselves. It was nice that there were also Balinese/Indonesian guests there also, not just foreigners like ourselves. Breakfast is buffet Indonesian which is nice, not coffee, eggs and toast as in other places. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

For the price we were paying, we found the grounds beautiful, common areas comfortable, and staff to be sweet and helpful. We were pleased to have hot water, air conditioning, a spacious room verlooking the lush garden and pool, as well as a nice continental breakfast, making up for the hard bed. It's not the newest facility; but they keep it up pretty well - nicer bath linens than in our more expensive hotel, later. And, the hustle and bustle of Sanur are easily forgotten once inside their walls. And it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach.

the 2 star rating is accurate for this hotel. there are a lot of things that need to be replaced .... electric sockets not attached to the wall. big fire hazard. positive side: shuttle that goes to beachside.
